Brian was born at Fort Benning, Georgia and at an early age fell in love with cooking. That passion eventually led to his journey to perfect the art of bbq, feeding his friends and family quickly became a passion that he loves to share with others.

When Brian isn't helping customers at Proud Souls you can find him filling his neighborhood with a smoky aroma of ribs, pork, or brisket. When not cooking, look for him in a deer stand or a fishing hole with a bourbon in hand.
