Erin's love for cooking and BBQ runs deep, cultivated by cherished daily traditions as a native to the Florida Panhandle's 30A beaches. From her granny's kitchen in Dothan, Alabama, to bonding moments with her dad, uncles, and her brothers in Texas and Central Florida, she honed her culinary skills early on.

Now, Erin shares her passion through spreading the joy of good food, family, and friends. She has worked in retail and customer service for the last 20+ years, cultivating long lasting relationships with her customers. A true foodie at heart, she continues to embrace every opportunity to fire up the grill and continue to create unforgettable BBQ experiences. She is looking forward to building more lasting relationships in the Proud Souls BBQ world from the Orlando area, and to continue perfecting her passion with BBQ.
