Tucker Israel

General Manager

A native of Orlando, FL, found his culinary passion while cooking with his grandmother and using her family traditions and recipes. Competitive by nature, Israel was a standout athlete and played football at Clemson University from 2015-2018, earning a National Title in 2016. Since then, Tucker transitioned seamlessly from the gridiron to become a seasoned sales representative.

With a fervor for the BBQ industry, Tucker has spent over a year as the General Manager at our Winter Park location. Much like his colleagues, he views barbecue as a gateway to joy, good food, and cherished memories. When not at the helm of the BBQ business, Tucker indulges his love for flats fishing, chasing tarpon and snook.

In the spirit of camaraderie, he shares tales and laughter around the smoker, embodying the essence of what barbecue represents. Whether perfecting recipes, relishing in a delicious meal (likely in front of a TV tuned to sports), or leading in sales, Tucker brings the same passion to every endeavor. Just as Tony, Dan, and Chris embody their unique stories, Tucker adds his distinct flavor to the Proud Souls family.
